In Kailua-Kona we had an amazing time practicing and learning ashtanga yoga with a fantastic group of people. Norman, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, I truly think you have changed my life. To Heather as well, thank you for your support and help, those 6 am yoga mornings were a blast!
