We woke up at 4 am and piled in a friend's van and drove to the top of Haleakala just in time to see the sun come up. Emmett and Stew played amazing grace to greet the days first rays of sunshine. Then we stayed up on the mountain for a few hours and romped around, enjoying the spectacular sights. It was a blast.
